Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford did an interview with Metro UK recently, where he revealed that he used to date Carrie Underwood, an American Idol winner, but he has never actually watched American Idol. Way to be supportive, Chace!

You were reportedly dating American Idol winner Carrie Underwood. Have you ever voted in a reality show phone poll? "No, I'm not a big fan of reality shows and I never watched American Idol."

Crawford also discusses other important issues in the interview, like the stupid way his name is spelled and his love affair with JC Chasez.

Why didn't your parents spell Chase properly? "I blame my dad. He wanted all Cs."

So you're not having a secret gay fling with ex-'N Sync singer JC Chasez? "No, of course not."

Do you have a favourite 'N Sync song? "No, I don't."

Yeah, right! You know he's singing "Bye Bye Bye" at every given opportunity!
