Britney Spears' latest appeal to overturn the conservatorship her daddy Jamie Spears was awarded in February was rejected by a Los Angeles court.

Jamie still gets to call the shots now which is good because someone needs to keep an eye on her after all of her crazy issues.

So although Brit is probably really bummed, it's good someone's still looking out for her.
