Britney Spears looked tan and smiley as she flashed her tattoo after her typical trip to the gym on Sunday. Now that she's getting her career back on track, we've been excited for a new video - or at least her upcoming cameo.  Unfortunately, it turns out that "Radar" won't be her next single after all, so the wait continues.
