Avril Lavigne has reportedly agreed to reconsider  her backing dancers' pay after the dance community threatened to boycott her. Apparently she was planning to pay her dancers below the standard rate for her upcoming tour which caused the Dancers' Alliance group to recommend a boycott of her L.A. auditions yesterday. The Dancers' Alliance wrote a statement on their MySpace page:

"Avril's management has canceled the audition... and has opened up a new conversation with the agencies. Thanks for everyone's support on this issue."

Should anyone be surprised that she was trying to save a few bucks on the backs of the supporting entertainers? She seems to piss off a lot of people these days.
