Vanessa Minnillo is reportedly ready to get hitched to Nick Lachey, however, she does not want to be the one to do the proposing. She said:

"I know that a lot of girls nowadays are proposing to guys, but I think I'll be old-fashioned. I'll be old and grey before I propose."

There's nothing wrong with doing the proposing.  They already live together so it's not like they're following tradition right?
