Nicky Hilton finds an obstacle to build her hotel project. She is being sued by a Chicago development group for not giving a damn to her contract with the company to promote the redevelopment of Nicky O's Chicago.

But that's not only her fault, the Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply also sued Nicky for contracted out interior design work she was supposed to perform and tried to charge it back to the developer.

And the defender of the Hiltons, Elliot Mintz, is trying to calm this matter down, says, "I don't think anybody should draw any conclusions based on the simple filing of a lawsuit."
