I'm not sure if anyone wants to buy anything from Nicky Hilton in her naughty Girl Scout uniform, but she looked like she might've been selling more than cookies in Beverly Hills. Yikes.  At least Nicky's outfit was a little more tasteful than Paris Hilton's sailor suit though.
