The 24-year-olds have been dating for a year, following Hilton's split from Kevin Connolly, and are already ready for the big step. A source tells Star magazine, "David is planning to propose while they're in Hawaii at the Hilton Mansion. David already asked her parents for her hand in marriage at a recent family dinner."
