Why is she special?
Natassia Malthe isn’t your typical damsel in distress. A self-described martial arts nut, she grew up with dreams of becoming a spy or assassin. That’s why she was so delighted to be cast in Elektra as Typhoid Mary, a psychotic seductress with dangerous curves and killer lips. “I love action,” she admits. “I used to be a dancer and an athletic person so I love physical work with my acting. It’s my favorite.”
Why we know her?
The Norwegian-born actress achieved instant notoriety in 2005 when she locked lips with Jennifer Garner in Elektra. Garner has since called it "one of the best kissing scenes I've ever done."

She's the younger of the two daughters of Harald Malthe, a lawyer; and Phin Malthe, a doctor. Her only sister is Kristin Malthe, who is also a Giordano girl.
