Molly Sims was born on May 25, 1973 in Murray, Kentucky to Jim and Dottie Sims. Following her graduation from high school Molly attended Vanderbilt University with hopes to pursue a law career. Two years into college she submitted a few photographs of herself to a modeling agency at the suggestion of her roommate. When Sims received a call from NEXT Models she dropped out of college to pursue modeling. Although Molly has appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and has a multi-year contract with CoverGirl she is most famous for her role as Delinda Deline in NBC's TV show Las Vegas (2003). Molly Sims has also appeared in several movies including Starsky & Hutch (2004) and The Benchwarmers (2006).


Previously engaged to Stéphane Dessaint. Former professional swimmer. Won't go into an airplane unless she steps in with her right foot and touches the plane with her right hand. Has a fear of flying. Was stung on the lips by a bee while on vacation in Hawaii, which sparked rumors that she had received collagen injections. Was featured as #60 in Maxim Magazine's "Hot 100 of 2002" supplement. (2002) She is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority at Vanderbilt University. Broke up with Aaron Eckhart [December 11, 2009].
