Kim Kardashian is reportedly being sued by Brandy's mother, accusing her of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission.  The lawsuit also names Kim's siblings: Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr. for allegedly using her credit card as well.  The lawsuit is requesting for the money to pay for the charges plus 10 percent interest.

However, Kim told People magazine that she and her sibs actually had permission to use the credit card.  Kim said:

"We have her signature on all items."

Sonja Norwood (Brandy's mom claims that Kim only had permission in 2004 to make one purchase on the American Express card when she was acting as a stylist for Brandy. Apparently after that, Kim passed on the credit card to her sibs who (allegedly) went to town, which included buying things from two of the Kardashian family-owned clothing stores, racking up a bill of $120,636.

Yikes! It sounds like they had no problem spending someone else's money. If they didn't have permission, I hope they all have to pay up and then some.  Kim shouldn't have a problem with getting the cash anyway because she probably received a cut from the sex tape sales (that she starred in with Brandy's brother Ray J), modeling, and the reality series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
