Ok, so Kate Moss was wearing a dress at Kelly Osbourne's Chicago debut on 12th September. It was gorgeus; it was little black ribbed dress, I think wool, mandarin collar with black buttons running diagonally down to the right from the centre just below the neck. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE MAKE OF THE DRESS IS AND WHERE I CAN GET ONE. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?
