According to the Timesonline, the 58-page ruling from the judge, Justice Bennett was published online after Ms Mills lost a legal challenge that would have kept it secret. In the ruling, the judge accused Mills of being "less than candid" in her evidence to court and a "less than impressive witness". Mills called the judge's criticism "outrageous" this evening, but admitted to pouring water over Fiona Shackleton.

The judge also rejected Mills' claim that she had been independently wealthy before she met Sir Paul in 1999. Justice Bennett also revealed that they're not formally divorced yet as they've agreed to stay their divorce proceedings until May 1, by which time they will have been separated for two years and can get a straightforward "decree nisi".

Yikes, Paul isn't formally free from the bitch yet? Poor guy! At least the judge knew what was up with Mills' bullsh*t - it's just too bad that she won as much as she did.
