The sexy supermodel, hot mama, Cindy Crawford was reportedly very upset when a fan asked her to sign a copy of Playboy at a fan signing session.  The fan brought his copy of the 1998 Playboy which featured her nude and asked for her autograph.  According to the National Enquirer, Cindy stopped the session at the Bachendorf's jewelry store.  A witness reported:

"Cindy was furious.  Security promptly threw the fan out."

Apparently, Cindy was told she would only be signing promotional pictures of her wearing an Omega watch that she was there to promote.  An event spokesperson confirmed the incident took place and explained that Cindy was put in an awkward position after all fans were told she would only sign photographs provided at the event.

I guess it's understandable that she might've been creeped out by that fan, but I hope she doesn't regret her Playboy photos.  In fact, she should do more.  She's still hot.
