RACHEL WAS FED UP WITH LEGAL SYSTEM seeing kids pushing drugs out the corners for mr bell . he had 5 years old kids pushing drugs for him. mr bell was a drug dealer on the westside of baltimore. there going to be drug war against east side of baltimore. it was going to allot kids in that drug war RACHEL was not going to see anymore her children get killed in mr bell drug war . billy put gun up to mikes head RACHEL TOOK THE GUN OUT BILLY HAND.
