Dr. Perper, the ME for Broward County has officially announced that Anna Nicole died of an overdose of a combination of drugs including methadone and anti-anxiety medication, Valium, Ativan and Chlorohyrdrate which was ‘a major component in her death’.  None of the drugs by themselves caused Anna Nicole’s death, it was the combination of all that proved deadly. 

Also instrumental was an infected abscess on her left buttock  where the former Playmate of The Year had injected herself days previously.  The abscess caused her to develop a high fever of 105 and Anna had refused to go to the hospital. 

Dr. Perper says her death was not the result of suicide though he admits that she was a depressed woman.  He said that the recovery of Anna’s computer was ‘helpful in determining her state of mind’.  He also said that Anna had previously not attempted suicide when she almost drowned in her pool, that too was the result of taking too many drugs. 

Charlie Tiger, Chief of Police of the Semonile PD has announced that there was no foul play and additionally Howard Sterm will not be prosecuted.  Dr. Perper has said there was no evidence of force feeding her drugs and nothing in the evidence that pointed to homicide.
