Like a true gentleman, Tom Cruise came to rescue of a tripped-up photog, who took a hard fall in New York City over the weekend. It all happened while Tom and wife Katie Holmes were walking to dinner together hand-in-hand. The couple was snapped moments earlier gazing into each other's eyes. After the fall, Tom graciously helped the shutterbug get back on his feet and picked up the fallen man's keys, while a concerned Katie watched all the commotion. The couple is in New York City for Katie’s Broadway debut in “All My Sons,” which opens officially on Oct. 16 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.

"The Insider"  was on the red carpet as Oprah Winfrey and Will Smith joined other Hollywood A-Listers to celebrate the opening of Tyler Perry's new film and TV center in Atlanta, GA. Tyler Perry Studios -- a 30-acre facility decked out with four sound stages and a back lot -- is where the man behind 'The Family That Preys,' "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" and "Meet the Browns" will film future productions. Perry assembled an impressive guest list for his launch party, including Cicely Tyson, Star Jones, Holly Robinson Peete, Sidney Poitier, John Legend, Debbie Allen and Patti LaBelle. "The Insider" special correspondent Marcia Clark exclusively talks to "The Insider" about O.J. Simpson recent guilty verdict and she says justice has finally been served.   "I was surprised by the verdict," Marcia admits. "[Simpson] has been getting away with it, so to speak, for a long time." Marcia was the face of the prosecution in the Simpson murder case and authored a book about the case titled Without a Doubt. She talks about, what she calls, a miserable day when she learned Simpson was acquitted. In this recent case, Marcia is confident he will do time. "I think it's fair to say that he'll do at least seven to eight years in state prison." Simpson was recently found guilty of armed robbery, kidnapping and 10 other counts in Las Vegas last Friday -- a development that could land him in jail for the rest of his life. Nevada prosecutors said that last year, the disgraced football star rounded up five other men (two packing guns) and robbed two sports-collectible dealers in Las Vegas.

The multitalented star walked into the park on a purple carpet, her favorite color, before enjoying festivities including "Hannah Montana" themed activities. Miley also performed four songs at the event, as well as a duet with her country singer father Billy Ray Cyrus.
