Filmmaker Larry Clark was once forced to "kidnap" Brad Renfro to make sure the late actor was clean of drugs before they started shooting a movie together. Clark visited Renfro, who was found dead from a heroin overdose last month, at his Knoxville, Tennessee home in advance of filming Bully in 2000--
