Marinoni gave birth to Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni on Monday, and a rep for the "Sex and the City" star confirms to "The Insider" that mother and child are doing great. Max is the third child for Nixon, who has two children, Samantha, 14, and Charles, 8, from her previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes.
