Kwan is best known for co-starring with Jet Li in the "Once Upon A Time In China" series (starting with _Wong Fei-hung (1991)_ ) and in Swordsman II (_Xiao ao jiang hu zhi dong fang bu bai (1991)_ ). She also starred in popular films with Jackie Chan in "Operation Condor 2: The Armour of Gods" ( _Longxiong hudi (1986)_ ) and in "Project A II" ( 'A' gai wak juk jap (1987) ).
