According to an affidavit ... Dunn blew through a lane of oncoming traffic, nearly smashing into a cop car. The officer says he had to slam on his brakes to avoid a collision ... and subsequently pulled Dunn over.

Kevin Connolly -- 'johnny Bananas' Lawsuit Is A Heap Of Monkey Crap
Filed under: Kevin Connolly, Real World, Entourage, Exclusive, Celebrity Justice Kevin Connolly thinks the MTV star who's suing "Entourage" is a frickin' moron -- claiming there's no way in hell the show could've ever stolen the name Johnny Bananas from him.
Connolly was leaving Dan Tana's in Hollywood last night ... when he told us, "I think he's crazy ... he's bananas if he thinks he's gonna get the money."
TMZ broke the story ... former "Real World" star Johnny Devenanzio recently filed a lawsuit against the people behind "Entourage" ... claiming he owns the rights to the name Johnny Bananas, because he used the nickname during his stint on MTV.
Devenanzio claims "Entourage" was blatantly attempting to "capitalize on the name recognition" when they ran a storyline in which Johnny Drama voices a cartoon monkey named Johnny Bananas.

Tonya Cooley 'real World' Cast Member Sues: 'i Was Raped With A Toothbrush'
Filed under: Celebrity Justice, Tonya Cooley A cast member on MTV's "The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins" claims male members acted like animals during production, in one case raping her with a toothbrush ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
Tonya Cooley filed the suit against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions, Kenneth Santucci, Evan Starkman and others ... claiming the two guys "took another male participant's toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around plaintiff's genitals, including rubbing her labia and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff's vagina."
Cooley says it all happened while she was passed out cold ... and cameras were rolling
Cooley says producers not only knew about the rape, they even replaced the toothbrush, but never told her what happened.
The suit also claims female cast members were stripped of their bathing suits and that male cast members were encouraged by producers to "inappropriately touch female cast members' bodies, including in intimate areas."
Cooley alleges she and other cast members reported incidents of sexual abuse, but show honchos turned a blind eye.
Cooley claims she was later booted from the show after slapping a cast member. She says nothing happened to the men who allegedly raped her.
Cooley is suing for unspecified damages. Calls to MTV have not been returned.
We made several calls to Bunim/Murray for , but each time we called ... the receptionist hung up on us.

Puck From 'real World' -- Sentenced To Daddy Classes After Domestic Violence Incident
Filed under: Puck, Celebrity Justice Legendary "Real World" troublemaker David "Puck" Rainey needs to learn how to be a better father ... at least according to an L.A. judge -- who sentenced the reality star to parenting classes after his recent domestic violence arrest.
As we previously reported, Puck was busted on suspicion of felony corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant back in June.
It's unclear exactly what happened during the incident, but it's likely his kid was present -- because Puck was charged with child endangerment and contributing to delinquency of minor ... in addition to domestic battery and corporal injury on a spouse.
Puck struck a deal with prosecutors yesterday -- in which two counts, child endangerment and corporal injury on a spouse, were dismissed. In exchange, Puck pled "no contest" to domestic battery and contributing to delinquency of a minor.
The judge sentenced Puck to 4 years probation -- in addition to a 52-week domestic violence counseling program and 52 parenting classes.
If that wasn't bad enough, Puck also has to complete 30 days of reflective orange vest-wearing highway clean-up patrol.

Playgirl Threatening Lawsuit Over Reality Star's Penis
Filed under: Joey Kovar, Playboy, Real World, Reality TV Some photos of a celebrity man nozzle has the folks at Playgirl all hot and bothered ... after the dong shots were allegedly stolen and leaked to the Internet ... TMZ has learned.
The man connected to the wiener is "Real World: Hollywood" muscle head Joey Kovar-- who banked $20k to pose in a fully nude spread that was supposed to be revealed later this year.
So when the photos turned up on TheDirty.com recently -- Playgirl wasn't amused ... and fired off a cease and desist letter to the website. Playgirl is demanding Dirty honcho Nik Richie immediately take down the shots ... or else face the wrath of a lawsuit.
At the time of this post, TheDirty had not removed the pics ... and we're told the site has no plans to take them down.
TMZ spoke with Joey ... who tells us he's not angry over the whole thing -- saying, "I understand people gotta do stuff to get noticed so I'm not mad at them at all."

T.i. Back In Federal Custody
Filed under: T.I., Celebrity Justice After only a day in the semi-real world following months in prison, T.I. is already back in federal custody.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirms to TMZ that the rapper checked into a federal penitentiary in Atlanta last night, but would not elaborate further.
According to T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, he's back in federal custody because of an issue involving his trip from the Arkansas prison to his Atlanta halfway house on a luxury bus on Wednesday.
Sadow tells TMZ, "We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.'s method of transportation, bus, from Arkansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence."
Sadow adds the issue was not drug-related.
T.I. was sentenced in October to 11 months in prison for violating his probation, but was let out early. He was to complete the rest of his sentence in the halfway house.
Story developing ...
5:55 AM: TMZ spoke with T.I.'s uncle, who reiterated to us ... T.I. was not drinking on the bus to Atlanta and showed up to the halfway house sober and on time. The uncle says T.I. "stopped drinking a long time ago."
6:27 AM: Sources connected to T.I. tell us there was no alcohol or drugs on the bus.

T.i. -- Vh1 Cameras Not Allowed At Halfway House
Filed under: T.I., TV, Celebrity Justice T.I. will not be allowed to tape his new VH1 reality show inside the walls of the halfway house where he's serving the remainder of his sentence ... a rep for the facility tells TMZ.
Cameras were rolling from the minute T.I. was released from an Arkansas prison Wednesday, capturing his journey from AR to the Dismas Charities halfway house in Atlanta.
But a rep for Dismas tells us .. there is “absolutely no way” the facility will allow VH1 to bring cameras INSIDE the halfway house... saying, "no, it is just not going to happen."
Too bad for the show -- because T.I. will be participating in some compelling, personal moments during his stay ... including a "faith based" program to help him transition back into the real world.
The facility seems like a pretty kick-ass place compared to prison -- with basketball courts, an exercise room, racquetball courts and even a tennis court.
And the best part -- one person at the facility tells us, "The food is pretty good."

Casey Anthony's Lawyers -- We're Appealing Her Probation
Filed under: Casey Anthony, Celebrity Justice Casey Anthony's legal team tells TMZ they will fight the judge who just rejected their claim that Casey served her probation for check fraud while she sat in jail during her murder trial ... and if they lose Casey will have to return to Florida in 11 days.
Anthony was sentenced to 1 year's probation for her 2010 check fraud conviction. The judge who sentenced her said in court the time Casey spent in jail would not count toward completing probation, but the order the judge signed mistakenly allowed Casey's probation to run concurrently with her time in the pokey.
A judge ruled on Friday that the judge who sentenced Casey clearly made an innocent mistake, and it wouldn't make sense to allow Casey to get credit for the time she was in jail. After all, the point of probation is to test how a person behaves when they are in the real world, not while they're locked up with few opportunities to misbehave.
But now her lawyers tell TMZ they will appeal Friday's ruling. If they win, it would mean Casey would get a huge break -- her probation would already be completed -- because of a technical error.
Casey's lawyers say if they lose their appeal .... they want her to serve her probation in a state other than Florida.

Mtv's Real World -- The Palatial Party Pad!
Filed under: Real World, Reality TV, MTV, Celebrity Homes, Photo Galleries The new cast of MTV's "The Real World" will kick off the show's 26th season in a MASSIVE San Diego beach-front pad -- and TMZ has learned ... the house underwent some AWESOME renovations before the cast moved in.
The gorgeous, 5 bedroom, 6 bath, 8,600 square foot mansion has a pool, tennis court, and some pretty breathtaking ocean views.
Sources close to the show tell us -- the home's owner moved ALL the furniture and decorations out of their crib about three months ago -- fearing the typically wild cast would ruin all their stuff.
Once the house was empty -- the show staff added a FULL bar in the living room, a jacuzzi on the deck ... and turned the tennis court into a life-sized chess board.
... Because nothing says drunken house party like a life-sized chess board.

Mtv Star Threatens 'entourage' -- I'm The Real Johnny Bananas
Filed under: Johnny Devenanzio, Johnny Bananas, Celebrity Justice, Entourage, TV, Exclusive An MTV reality star is threatening to sue the people behind "Entourage" -- claiming the show stole his nickname, "Johnny Bananas" ... and used it to fuel a storyline without his permission.
In case you gave up on "Entourage" ... Johnny Drama recently agreed to be the voice of an animated TV show called "Johnny's Bananas" ... in which the characters are all apes, gorillas, and other primates (above right, below right).
Problem is, former "Real World" star Johnny Devenanzio (pictured above left) says he's been going by the name "Johnny Bananas" on various MTV shows since 2006 ... and claims he owns the rights to the name.
Now, Johnny Bananas -- the human -- got himself a lawyer ... who fired off a cease and desist letter to HBO, the network behind "Entourage."
In the letter, Johnny's attorney Stephanie Ovadia writes, "If you do not cease and desist ... you leave us little option but to seek judicial intervention."
Johnny tells TMZ he believes the name controversy is "in no way coincidental and is instead an attempt to capitalize on the name recognition which I'm solely responsible for creating."
He adds, "I intend to fight vigorously in defense of the years of hard work and dedication I've spent making Johnny Bananas a household name, and the purpose of this lawsuit is aimed at protecting the integrity of my brand."
So far, no from HBO.

'real World' House -- Pissing Off The Neighbors
Filed under: MTV, Real World, Celebrity Justice The cast of MTV's "Real World" Season 26 hasn't even moved into their new house in San Diego -- but TMZ has learned, some neighbors have already called the cops to complain about the racket. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they've received multiple complaints about construction, noise, and parking problems -- ever since MTV moved into the swanky La Jolla neighborhood.
But we're told, MTV isn't breaking any rules -- cops have checked the house out several times ... and so far, they haven't found a single code violation.
But all that might change ... once the cast moves in.
