She has two children by ex husband Steve Lillywhite: Jamie & Louis. She is the daughter of the late English folk musician, Ewan MacColl. He wrote many songs including: "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" (Roberta Flack's hit), and 'Dirty Old Town' (covered by The Pogues). Her mother was dancer/choreographer mother, Jean MacColl. She has an older brother, Hamish, and three younger half-siblings, Neil, Calumn and Kitty.
