In 1997, following the death of her brother Gianni Versace, she became Vice Chairman and Style & Image Director of the House of Versace.
Appeared with Maya Rudolph at the VH1/Vogue Fashion awards in October 2002. Rudolph has famously parodied Versace on "Saturday Night Live" (1975).
Her daughter, Allegra, is in treatment for anorexia [March 26, 2007].
Has had cameo appearances in many movies including Zoolander (2001) and The Devil Wears Prada (2006).
