She had a relationship with director Helmut Dietl for nine years in the 1990s.
Was in a coma for ten days due to meningitis and encephalitis in 1999. She had to learn to speak again after this (according to interviews). Her management told the press that she just had a food poisoning.

Respected stage actress in her role as "Buhlschaft" at the Salzburg Theatre Festival (2002 to 2004).
