Immigrated to America from Slovakia with her family, and settled in Detroit, Michigan, where she attended high school and played competitive tennis.
Currently (2000) lives in Los Angeles, California with her dog Shimmi.
Still plays tennis, often for charity tournaments; also snowboards.
Became a model, which led her into an acting career.
Named Scarlett after Scarlett O'Hara, from one of her mother's favorite novels, "Gone With the Wind".
Former Miss Hawaiian Tropic.
