Lindsay Lohan helped girlfriend Samantha Ronson celebrate her 31st birthday on Thursday. The couple headed to Los Angeles’ Crown Bar where Ronson took to the DJ tables. Lohan stayed close and entertained a table of friends. A five after midnight, Lohan led the club in singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Ronson. She then brought out a cake and gave Ronson a long kiss. Meanwhile, the couples have been inseparable over the past several months and sources allege they are planning to marry this fall. Insiders claim Lohan’s mom Dina is planning a reception to welcome Ronson to the family.
