Robin is completely committed to her craft. Although she could easily star in a succession of mindless popcorn flicks, Robin consistently seeks out meatier roles in independent films. “After I do a big movie, I get offered big movies. But I always do the weirdest indie,” she says. “With independent film, things are more character-driven.” Robin recently starred as real-estate lawyer Veronica Donovan on Fox’s hit series Prison Break. Prior to lighting up the small screen, this Windy City native appeared in major blockbusters like The Craft (1996), End of Days (1999) and Vertical Limit (2000).

She had to wear a wig during the production of The Craft because she shaved her head for her role in Empire Records, which was filmed a year earlier. Grew up with Lara Flynn Boyle and attended high school together at the prestigious Chicago Academy for the Arts. Is best friends with Indie Rocker Liz Phair. Born in Chicago, Illinois to a car salesman father and a bartender mother, and grew up on the South Side of Chicago. Irish American; her father emigrated from Ireland and her mother is a first generation Irish-American.
