Rebecca De Mornay was reportedly sentenced to three years probation on Tuesday after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge in Beverly Hills last year, according to prosecutors. The actress knowns for her roles in Risky Business (with Tom Cruise) and The Hand that Rocks the Cradle was also ordered to pay $350 and serve a three-month program following her arrest in October.

However, she didn't appear in court to receive her sentence.  Lucky for her, a second DUI charge was dismissed.

I can't believe she got away with only probation.  Don't the courts take DUIs seriously?
