Yays for Bilson, it's been too long! Rachel and her precious little sister Bilson were among the celebs out in the sun at the "A Time for Heroes" event to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in LA this weekend. Carmen Electra (who I could've sworn was actually Fergie) and a very-pregnant Bridget Moynahan were also around to schmooze with the likes of Jamie Lynn Spears and Brooke Burke. The whole cast of The Hills was around too, so that's pretty thrilling. While it's great to see R-Bils around town, I do wish someone would fill up her schedule a little more...you know, with a job or something. She's so cute, someone hire her!
