At the age of eight, Persia White started showing her talents at the Coconut Grove Childrens' Theatre in Miami, Florida, where she was born. She has appeared in over ten TV shows and movies, and is most recognized as 'Denise Williams' in Breaker High, a 500 student high school on a crew ship traveling around the world experiencing different cultures of the world.



She regularly performs live as a member of the band "Black In White". She has written and recorded music for three films. Protests the wearing of furs. She has recently done a print ad for PETA in which she is holding a skinned fox carcass with the headline "Here's the rest of your fur coat." Raised in Nassau, Bahamas and Miami, Florida She is the mother of actress Mecca White.
