Patricia Arquette is one of those beautiful and talented Hollywood actresses who never really became a household name, and as a result, never suffered from media overexposure. She may be destined to become a "cult film" star, but she'll always be a star in our eyes. Patricia may have initially gained notice riding on the coattails of big sister/actress Rosanna, but she quickly established herself as an acting talent in her own right. After winning a CableACE Award as Best Actress in 1992, she co-starred in the Quentin Tarantino-scripted True Romance (1993).
