She ranked #70 (2002) in FHM Magazine's 100 Sexiest Women.
She was ranked #21 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women 2004.
Auditioned for the role of Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale (2006), but lost out to French actress Eva Green.
Was given the role of Lexi in the film Adulthood (2008). However filming was delayed so Ryan dropped out of the film to pursue the short-lived TV series "Bionic Woman" (2007). The role of Lexi was then given to Ryan's former "EastEnders" (1985) co-star Scarlett Alice Johnson.
