Michelle Rodriguez could land in jail after the L.A. city attorney accused the former “Lost” star of failing to complete the terms of her probation - 30 days of community service. Rodriguez, who had been serving an extended probation term for numerous driving infractions, including two OUI charges, allegedly turned in a false document showing that she completed a day of service on Sept. 25, according to court filings. Rodriguez, 29, contradicted the paperwork by stating she was in New York, not L.A., that day. The actress’ lawyer, who insisted that the inconsistency is due to clerical error, persuaded the judge to postpone Friday’s hearing date until Oct. 12. The judge said he was “not impressed” with her.
