Daughter of Jean-Louis Trintignant. Niece of Serge Marquand and Christian Marquand. Children, 4 sons: Roman (b.1986), son of Richard Kolinka; Paul (b. 1993), son of François Cluzet; Leon (b. 1996), son of Mathias Othnin-Girard, and Jules (b. 1998), son of Samuel Benchetrit. 1 August 2003 - Marie died from head injuries following a reported physical dispute with her boyfriend, rocker Bertrand Cantat in the couple's Vilnius hotel room on July 27. An investigation is on-going but no charges have been filed. He said the trauma was accidental.
