Here's Lucy Liu showing up for a taping of David Letterman this afternoon in New York.  I guess she was there to promote her new series, Cashmere Mafia.  Worst.  Name.  Ever.

I watched.  Did you?  It was a bit stiff, but I'm sure I'll watch a couple more before I make a real decision.  It does seem so incredibly desperate to be Sex & the City though, obviously.  New York, four friends on the search for love, yada yada yada.

Lucy Liu is praying she'll become the next fashion icon, ala Sarah Jessica.  And it looks to me like she's trying too hard.  Way too hard.  It pays to start off subtle.
