Oprah Winfrey Show and National Geographic Channel correspondent Lisa Ling is engaged to Chicago-based doctor Paul Song.  Song, 41, an oncologist flew her family and his to Chicago over the holidays to surprise Ling at the restaurant Charlie Trotter's where he popped the question in a private dining room.    The couple plan to marry later this year.  Ling, who was once engaged to media entrepreneur Philip Levine in October 2005, was a co-host on ABC's The View before leaving in 2002 to host National Geographic's Ultimate Explorer.
