Lindsay Lohan will be the face of a fashion swap shop to be launched in London this summer. The troubled actress is swapping her designer clothes for some second hand vintage beauties to promote the new Visa Swap Shop in Covent Garden. Lindsay has fronted campaigns for major international fashion brands including Miu Miu, Versace and Donna Karen and will take over from Mischa Barton who launched the initiative in 2007. Lindsay took part in a photo for the campaign in LA earlier this year and produced a set of five stunning images. Upon her appointment Lindsay said: "I am so excited to be involved with this year’s Visa Swap event. The concept of swapping clothes, getting something for nothing and refreshing your wardrobe appeals to everyone." "Ethical stories continue to dominate the news agenda and it’s great when fashion projects benefit charities.
