Some hot young blondes came out in NYC last night for the Guggenheim Young Collectors Council Artist's Ball hosted by Chloe. Blake Lively looked great, as usual, helping Chace fill our Gossip Girl fix for this rerun week. One half of your favorite platonic TV duo of the year, Becki Newton looked hot other than those boots. Fab's got the look for you (with a better choice of footwear). Meanwhile, not Piper Perabo's best look at all.
