Thanks to the most irritating couple on TV right now via MTV's The Hills, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, rumors are swirling that Lauren Conrad actually has a sex tape of her and boyfriend.    According to Us Weekly, the ever-so-smart Heidi believes the video is out there.

Apparently Heidi and Spencer have pushed the idea on the Tyra Banks Show and Heidi's genius boyfriend claims he's 100% certain that a tape really existed, at least at one point. It's said that the rumors of the sex tape with Lauren's ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler caused the friendship between Heidi and Lauren to crumble.

If the tape exists and gets out to the internet, it could be a good thing for Lauren's career.  Just look at what it did for Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian!
