Lauren Conrad stepped out to lunch in her cute summery dress, but instead of her usual girl friend by her side the Hills star was with a male companion.  Apparently LC's new boy is a minor league baseball player named Doug Reinhardt, and his sister Casey was even on a few episodes of Laguna Beach.
