Lauren Conrad was spotted doing some staged shopping on Wednesday afternoon at Target.  MTV apparently had "The Hills" girls host MTV's Legally Blonde: The Musical which was set to air yesterday afternoon.    Yawn, I know.  Did anyone bother watching?
