Mediaweek.com - ABC has decided on the fate of two more freshman series -- dramas The Forgotten and Eastwick. The Forgotten, which airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET, has been picked up for five additional telecasts, while Eastwick, which is based on 1987 theatrical The Witches of Eastwick, will conclude after its initial 13-episode run. The alphabet net, in additional, has shelved midseason reality/competition Let's Dance, which was supposed to be hosted by comedian Kathy Griffin, in exchange for a new reality series called Find My Family. ...
Kathy Griffin, who will appear on "The Insider"'s panel on Friday, provoked her always-funny mom, Maggie Griffin, to sound off on the latest entertainment headlines. The mother-daughter duo appeared at an Aid for AIDS event on Thursday night, at which Kathy was honored for her contributions to the cause. Calling Jon Gosselin "publicity crazy," Maggie said, "I think it's very sad...I'm more angry with him, much more than with her [Kate]. I can like her. I think she's a good mom." Kathy teased her mom about some of her boyfriend prospects. Maggie sarcastically said she'd "be real proud" of Kathy if she dated Jon Gosselin. She went on to say that Kathy's cougar crush, Levi Johnston, is "another gem." The comedian responded, "I think my mother needs to accept that Levi Johnston is going to be her son-in-law and maybe she could go hunting with us in Wasilla." Watch "The Insider" on Friday to hear Kathy weigh in on the issues. Plus, Kathy invited the fashionable panel to decide who was dressed better—her or drag queen Lotta Slots. Mediaweek.com - ABC has announced a new dance competition with a comedic twist called Let's Dance, which will feature “stars” competing for charity as they honor some of the most famous movie, musical and pop video routines of all time. It premieres on Monday, Nov. 23 with a 90-minute installment at 9:30 p.m. ET following the ninth season-finale of lead-in Dancing With the Stars. Additional episodes will air in the Monday 9 p.m. hour through Dec. 14, with the finale scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 8 p.m. ET. Comedian and reality star Kathy Griffin hosts.

"The Insider" caught up with "D-List" star Kathy Griffin at her book signing as she jokingly dished about reality TV's most talked about couple, Jon and Kate Gosselin.   "I feel very much like Kate Gosselin at this signing," she jokes as she signs copies of her new memoir titled Official Book Club Selection. Kate went on a book tour of her own in May to promote her book titled Eight Little Faces. Griffin offers a tongue-and-cheek about the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" mom, referring to the made by Jon on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, "I would like to say that Jon Gosselin is right and Kate Gosselin abused me as well. That's a primetime exclusive." She continues, "Jon Gosselin is a tool and he knows it." Check out Griffin's book, Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin, that is in stores now.

"D List" star Kathy Griffin stepped out with Bristol Palin's ex-fiance Levi Johnston Sunday evening. Levi -- the father to former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's grandchild -- escorted Kathy to the "Teen Choice 2009" awards, "The Insider" confirms.
