Julianne has retired from public life for the most part.  She moved to Istanbul, Turkey in 2005 and took a position with a small dairy farm and their public relations head.  Last I spoke with her, she was ready to move on, though. She met a Cow Farmer from Iowa online and expressed an interest to move back to the states to live with him.

I read on another website that Julianne Phillips was born Julianne "Smith" by parents Bill and Ann Phillips.  Is "Smith" her middle name or an adoptive name?  Also, her birthday is listed as both May 6, 1960 or May 13, 1960 depending on the website.  Can anyone confirm this real birthday? 

I know someone that looks exactly like Julianne which at first sounds nutty & cliche but hold on . . . my friend was born May 6th which could be the same birthday in 1960; lived in the same northern Chicago suburb [Evanston/Glenview]  in the early sixties before Julianne and her family moved to Oregan; most likely attended the same Roman Catholic Church; my friends family has a history of twins;  my friends family was going through a tough emotional and financial hard time . . . whereas Julianne's came from a more wealthy affluent family.
