She and the renowned Bollywood percussionist from Slumdog Millionaire (2008) who is also a composer, Sivamani, performed live in Dharamsala, India for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and approximately 20,000 other monks and visitors from around the world, on occasion of the March 10th, 2004 anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising Day. This was the first time in the 45 year history of this event, that any musicians or entertainers had performed.

She is writing an album with Indian percussionist and composer, "The Wizard," Sivamani, who is best known as the right hand man of internationally acclaimed Bollywood virtuoso and two time Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire (2008) composer A.R. Rahman. Sivamani has composed and played on hundreds of pop and hit film soundtracks, including the entire Oscar-winning score and songs from the mega-hit Slumdog Millionaire (2008). He has played with thousands of diverse artists, ranging from Miles Davis, Michael Jackson, Jay-Z and jazz great John McLaughlin - to revered Indian Maestros Zakir Hussein, tabla; mandolin Maestro U. Srinivasan; El Shankar, and Shankar Mahadevan of the famous Shankar/Ehsaan/Loy Bollywood writing team.

Her left eye is half brown.

She began her career Off-Broadway starring in the critically acclaimed musical "1001 Nights," written and composed by Tony Award winning composer and lyricist Robert Lopez (IV), best known for his Broadway smash hit "Avenue Q."

Figure skated as a youth in Michigan, and trained for several weeks with International Figure Skating Champion and choreographer Sharon Wissel, in preparation for her turn as a former Olympian in Ice Dreams.

She performed in several bands including Jazodity and Tribe of Zoe. Before graduating college, she sang on a cruise ship and in jazz and blues clubs throughout the country.
