Lil' Romeo insists that he is not the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' baby and that they were never romantically involved.  He does admit to being close friends with her though.

He told the Daily Star:

"The child is definitely not mine! No way! She and Casey are getting married and that's the end of it."

I've never heard the rumors of them being involved, but it's funny how he's quick to deny it and say that Jamie and her boyfriend Casey Aldridge are getting hitched.
