Jamie Donnelly is an acting coach living in La Canada, California. She has a husband, Stephen Foreman, and two children, Sevi (b.1988) and Madden Rose (b.1990). Five years before playing Jan in the movie "Grease", she played Jan in the play. She soon quit the acting business after that role, though, because in the play she didn't think anyone liked her as Jan. Her contract was taken away and was not renewed. When she was called to read for the movie she was asked who she would like to read for. "Anyone but Jan", was the reply. Sure enough, they wanted her as Jan and if it weren't for her then there wouldn't be the legendary "Brusha, Brusha, Brusha" sung by Jan at the sleepover. Her only other movie after "Grease" is 1998's "Slappy and the Stinkers", in which she plays the Marine Information Woman.
