As mentioned before, Hilary Duff doesn't need to bother acting.  Now it looks like she really doesn't need to bother singing as well.  If she continues to wear tight and sexy outfits, you can just turn the sound down and enjoy.  She was looking hot at the Los Premios MTV Latin America 2007 (Latin American version of the Video Music Awards) on Thursday in Mexico City, Mexico.  Enjoy the video below.
