Hayden Panettiere's father was arrested earlier Monday morning, on allegations of spousal abuse. The Hero's star's Mom Leslie, accused Alan of striking her in the face and she was seen to have visible injuries, which police documented. The violence erupted, according to Leslie, because Alan accused her of "disrespecting" him by being too chummy with a fella at some Hollywood soiree on Sunday evening. Alan Panettiere is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
