With Fran Drescher, beauty comes with age. Although she's been in the business for almost 30 years, we didn't really get to know her until the mid-'90s. Her film and television projects are just hitting a second phase now, and we're happy to watch it all unfold. Fran Drescher has been working as an actress since 1977, but it wasn't until 1993 that she made her big splash as the title character in CBS's The Nanny. Along with her acting skills, her career portfolio includes writing, producing and directing. With moderate success in films like 1997's The Beautician and the Beast (as executive producer), Drescher has returned to television, starring in and producing the WB's Living with Fran (2005).
