Actress Eva Mendes has blamed her hectic work schedule for her recent stint in rehab, insisting she is now taking time off to "take care of herself." The star entered the Cirque Lodge clinic in Utah in February to seek "outside professional support" for "some personal issues." The 34-year-old is convinced her decision to work on a string of high-profile movies without taking time out in between each film was the reason behind her health problems. She tells People.com, "(I'm) taking a break and having a good time. I'm actually taking advantage of my time off. "You know, I had a film that was pushed, so I'm home spending time with my family, going to the gym and actually enjoying taking care of myself... "This year has been great for me because I've learned how to relax. The last three years have been amazing but kind of crazy. So I don't know, I feel grounded. I feel really good."
